Please read the shipping policy for all the shipping related details.
The shipping fee is proportional to the size of the Order basket
- Currently providing free shipping to all domestic orders and we shall charge a specific fee for delivering international orders.
- Usually, orders get delivered in 7-10 business days, but delivery might get delayed subject to lockdowns and logistics restrictions enforced by the State Governments. For International shipping, generally orders get delivered in 10-14 business days
- Please note that deliveries might get delayed in the event of national curfews, lockdowns, natural disasters and any other unforeseen happenings.
- International shipping charges are subject to charges levied by the destination country, please note that. GST/ import duties /convenience charges are to be borne by customers only.
- Please make sure that you are providing a full postal address along with the pin code at the time of placing the order to ensure a hassle-free quick delivery.
- Please note that orders with customizations will take more time than usual to be delivered.
- If you place multiple orders at checkout, we will club the orders and ship them to your place. If you want your orders to be delivered in different packages please notify us by writing to us at support@secondskinhyd.com
- If you want a gift note to be included with the orders, please write to us at support@secondskinhyd.com
- We take utmost care in inspecting the products for defects and damages before packing them into delivery-ready, tamper-proof packages. In case you receive the order with tampered with or compromised packaging, we advise you not to accept the order. Kindly notify us about the tampered package along with photos.
